BOSTON, MA -- Tech Environmental's Managing Principal Peter Guldberg, C.C.M., recently delivered a lecture on the Massachusetts GreenhoÂuse Gas (GHG) Emissions Policy aÂnd Protocol as part of a MEPA & NEPA Workshop sponsored by Law Seminars International. Âreplica watchesÂ
Mr. Guldberg was on the Governor's Committee that helped write the GHG Policy and Protocol, and he is one of the leading consultants implementing the new policy.
Mr. Guldberg's remarks gave the consultant's perspective on technical issues of quantifying GHG emissions and the reductions from proposed mitigation measures. His presentation discussed resources for energy modeling and the tradeoffs in fuel and electricity use associated with several GHG mitigation strategies.
