Indoor Air Quality - Lincoln Public Schools

SERVICE:

Indoor Air Quality Testing

DESCRIPTION:

Tech performed indoor air quality testing to address concerns regarding how the HVAC system was working. To help assess the indoor air quality, Tech collected thirty-six carbon dioxide (CO2) measurements around the school. The air monitoring locations were similar to those chosen for a 2012 air quality monitoring study that Tech performed. Throughout the collection of the measurements, the HVAC system was running, the windows were closed, and the school was occupied. Tech found that all measured levels were well below the OSHA limit for worker exposure, allowing Tech to conclude that an adequate amount of air was infiltrating the building.
