Sound Assessment Protocol

DESCRIPTION:

Tech Environmental, as part of its responsibility as the technical reviewer for the Devens Enterprise Commission was asked to consult with a facility that proposed to use the former Evergreen Solar factory at Devens.  Tech recommended a simple sound assessment protocol for the facility to demonstrate that it would meet the Devens IPS.  Since so much time was spent assessing the previous tenant, a comparative approach was devised that would allow the facility to demonstrate that it would meet the sound requirements with a minimal amount of sound data.
