DESCRIPTION:

Proposed new construction for a residence at 83 Raymond Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts was the source of noise and dust concerns of nearby neighbors.

Tech Environmental developed a construction noise and dust mitigation plan for the neighbors which outlined noise and dust mitigation requirements to be included in construction contracts for both the General Contractor and all Subcontractors.
