DESCRIPTION:

A mixed-use development in Freetown, MA needed an air mesoscale analysis to satisfy Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) requirements for its Environmental Impact Report (EIR).

Tech performed a microscale analysis using projected project traffic impacts to meet the MEPA criteria so that the proposed development could move forward.  The microscale analysis followed the latest Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) guidance. A modeling protocol for the analysis was prepared for MEPA.
