DESCRIPTION:

Framingham homeowners were concerned about a "musty" smell and mold in their homes. They desired indoor air quality (IAQ) testing and a plan to address the potential problem.

Tech conducted a screening level IAQ investigation, including a visual inspection and air sampling. Tech took real-time measurements of temperature and relative humidity to assess moisture levels and sampled for airborne mold spores. The results of the sampling program as well as suggestions for conducting remediation were provided to the homeowners to address the issues with mold growth in the house.
