DESCRIPTION:

Central Boiler is the leading manufacturer of Outdoor Wood Furnaces (OWFs). OWFs are free-standing apparatus designed to heat an entire structure, fueled by wood, a domestic natural resource that burns cleanly and is extremely sustainable. Central Boiler manufactures an e-Classic product line of OWFs that comply with the EPA Phase I emission limits for Particulate Matter and provide clean heating source for residential and commercial structures.

OWF manufacturers face increasing regulations and allegations of air quality impacts. Tech Environmental was retained by Central Boiler to perform air quality dispersion modeling and provide expert testimony and guidance at public hearings and in regulatory proceedings throughout the eastern U.S.
