DESCRIPTION:

As part of the Sugarbush team, Tech staff led a team of accountants, engineers and water supply experts in developing a list of required treatment upgrades and a sludge permit renewal application. All site operations were examined, existing process data, disposal volumes and system maintenance activities were confirmed. Detailed interviews with the resort ownership group were conducted to understand the capital improvements program at Sugarbush's Mountain Water Co. A water quality compliance plan was developed as part of the planned growth. A rate increase application was submitted to the Public Service Board.
