DESCRIPTION:

Residents in a condominium building in Boston, Massachusetts were concerned about environmental impacts from two nearby proposed large construction projects. Tech was contracted by the residents' attorney to research and identify critical air quality, noise, and traffic issues pertaining to the projects.

Tech prepared detailed reviews of the environmental submittals for the projects of concern. The reviews focused on the potential air quality, noise, winds, shadows, daylight, solar glare, traffic, and parking impacts on the condominium building. The two projects have yet to be built.
