Construction Stormwater Compliance

DESCRIPTION:

As part of Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak base area redevelopment project, Tech staff served as Stormwater Compliance Inspector for residential and new parking lot construction, while working for the resort. Daily and weekly site inspections were completed to maintain permitted water quality as the modifications were phased-in. As necessary, corrective actions were presented to the contractors in the field. Weekly water quality reporting to local river advocacy organization was included, along with site tours to VTDEC stormwater compliance teams.
