DESCRIPTION:

Tech staff led teams of Wisconsin environmental, engineering, accounting and rate specialists in the public process review of regulatory compliance certifications for public service industries. Based on the proposed construction scope of large power lines or generation plants,Tech staff drafted a report of Environmental Impacts Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA) that considered need, costs and environmental impacts of each alternative. Rigorous approval standards were applied for each application and compared each with similar projects and permitting requirements.
